What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Private label starts at 500 units per SKU. OEM and ODM production starts at 1,000 units per SKU. We keep MOQs low so you can validate your market first.
Can I order samples before production?
Yes — free samples are available for serious buyers. Send an inquiry or message us on WhatsApp to arrange sampling.
How long does private label take?
15–25 days from order confirmation to dispatch for standard private label. Custom formulation (ODM) takes 12–16 weeks including testing.
How long does OEM production take?
4–8 weeks from pilot approval to dispatch, depending on volume and packaging complexity.
Do you provide FDA and EU compliance documents?
Yes. Every order ships with documentation for your target markets — FDA MoCRA (US), CPNP (EU) and LATAM requirements as standard.
Is your facility GMP certified?
Yes, ISO 22716 GMP-certified with FDA MoCRA registration and CPIS readiness. Certification documents are available on request.
Can I customize an existing formula?
Absolutely. Adjust fragrance, color, active levels or texture — a lighter form of customization that avoids full R&D costs.
Who owns the formula in ODM projects?
You do, 100%. We sign NDAs and never reuse or resell a formula developed exclusively for your brand.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T bank transfer and standard export payment terms. Specific terms are agreed in your quotation.
Do you ship to the US, EU and Latin America?
Yes — those are our primary export markets. We handle export packing, documentation and freight arrangement worldwide.
Can you help with packaging and design?
We handle label printing, packaging production and regulatory artwork checks. Share your design or let us recommend options.
