How long does custom formulation take?
Custom formulation typically runs around 25 days from an approved brief to delivery. That window covers prototyping, sample rounds, refinement and the agreed stability and compatibility testing. Additional rounds or extended testing can push the schedule out, and we confirm a dated plan after the discovery call.
Do we own the formula?
Ownership, exclusivity and transfer are set out in your project agreement and agreed before development starts, so there are no surprises at handover.
What is the minimum order for a custom formula?
Custom development has its own minimum, based on the formula, packaging and testing scope. Your project manager confirms the exact MOQ alongside the development quote.
Can you match an existing product?
We can use a benchmark product as a starting direction and rebuild the formula within our own system. We do not produce exact copies of another brand's formula.
What testing is included?
Stability, compatibility and preservation testing are scoped to the product type and destination market. Required documentation is confirmed before testing begins.
